Intro to the Blog

I've always tried to use social media for my own personal benefit to engage with friends and like-minded people beyond my immediate contact, and to share my perspective on technical topics in which I am somewhat skilled. So basically, I'm a bad Facebook customer. I'm not really interested in yelling at strangers with whom I disagree politically, and I'm very interested in content related to firearms with an eye towards performance (most FB gun content is remarkably devoid of any performance-driven argument and heavy on the whole "yelling-at-strangers" thing).

I will be reposting content from my social media here and adding longer-form original content related to firearms training, competition and equipment. I don't do this for view count or popularity - it's an area that's intensely interested me my whole life. Please do engage in the comments and share what you find interesting.
